Wargaming

Wargaming target potential churners using a model developed by YDF, which allows them to address only the most relevant users while spending only a fraction of their previous effort. This model also gives Wargaming an opportunity to predict churn as early as possible by identifying specific factors that signal potential churn. Spotting a user whose characteristics come dangerously close to those suggested by the model allows customer service to respond immediately and reach the user before they even know they might consider leaving the game.
